We are very proud to announce that our Highgate Residence, designed by the team at @chindarsiarchitects and built by @cassarigroup was awarded the top honour and named overall best Australian Renovation/Addition, beating out all other State winners at the 2019 HIA National Housing Awards over the weekend. Highgate Residence – maintaining a light touch to the exisiting heritage fabric of the original home was a key driver when approaching detailing. Here the main circulation stair floats across the lovingly tuck-pointed wall of the rear turret.
