@chindarsiarchitects are also very pleased that our Townhouse/Apartment Project in Victoria Park we have been hard at work on has recently received unanimous support by the JDAP committee at last month’s meeting. We would sincerely like to thank the JCAP members, ToVP, Locus Development Group and @urbis_au. These 28 new dwellings across 6 levels are a fantastic outcome for all involved, and a great example of how one can respond positively to the challenges of increasing the density of existing urban areas, being thoroughly contemporary, whilst referencing back to local context and neighbourhood character.
